And let me tell you…

Trusting yourself is not for the faint of heart.

It’s brutal work.
It’s honest work.
It’s the kind of work that will shake you to your core.

Because trusting yourself means looking at yourself fully—not just the parts you’re proud of, but the parts you’ve been running from.

What It Actually Means to Trust Yourself

To trust yourself means:

✔ Examining your thoughts. Every single one. And asking: What story are they trying to make me believe?

✔ Being with the bodily sensations of your emotions. Feeling them fully.

  • Does your body cower in shame?

  • Does guilt tighten your chest like a vice?

  • Do your shoulders drop when you long for validation?

  • Does your head lower, your eyes fix on the ground, your voice shrink—because that deep need to be seen and held won’t stop crying out?

To trust yourself is to be with all of this.
To feel it fully.

Trusting Yourself Is Healing Work.

It’s sitting with your past without running.

It’s recognizing that your reactions, fears, and doubts were born from something real—but they don’t have to define you forever.

And once you’ve faced yourself, once you’ve stopped lying to yourself, only then…

Only then does trusting yourself become something more.

It becomes dreaming work.

The Hardest Question You’ll Ever Ask Yourself

Once you’ve looked at your past, trusting yourself requires looking at your future.

And that means asking yourself:

“What do I want? What do I really want?”

Engage with this question wholeheartedly, and your dreams will bring themselves to you.

You’ll get clear.

And then, you’ll have a choice.

💭 Do I say yes to my dreams?
💭 Do I say yes to uncertainty?
💭 Do I love myself enough to fail?

This is where trust becomes real.

Because trusting yourself isn’t just about knowing what you want—it’s about what you do after you realize it.

The Moment Trust Becomes Real

When the moment comes…

Do you say yes?
Or do you say no—and abandon a part of yourself?

Say no once? The dream will come back.
Say no twice? It’ll knock again.
Say no for decades?

And the dream will move on.

It’ll find another host.

But for you, this will come at a huge cost.

A part of you will die,

The part of you that was meant to live.
