2021 was the year I healed from trauma ❤️‍🩹
2022 was the year I took off 🚀

2023 was the year I had to come back down 🌱

I took a huge hiatus from writing. Honestly, I’m still not sure why.

But I do know that something inside me was dying.

These were the parts I call the "Good Boy" parts—the parts that learned to shape themselves based on what others needed.

The part that made me say the right things instead of what I really meant.
The part that made me prioritize being liked over being fully expressed.
The part that sought approval rather than owning my undeniable greatness.

And that part? It had to die.

Because I realized that, in the process of being a Good Boy, I had lost contact with my essential Self.

So I let it go.

And I failed miserably.

Not in the "motivational speaker" way of failing—where I dust myself off and find some hidden silver lining.

I mean, I actually failed.

The Year I Thought I Had Lost It All

Coaching had been my passion since I started in 2018. I went from charging $100/hour to $25K per year to work with me.

Then, I signed a client at $60K per year.

I had made it.

But in 2023, that client didn’t renew.

And suddenly, something cracked.

I had built something real. Something that mattered.

But this? This was a huge setback.

The money stopped flowing the way it once did.

And for the first time in a long time, I questioned everything.

Had I peaked?
Had I been fooling myself?
Had I built something that was truly mine, or had I just been chasing validation in a more expensive way?

What Was My Relationship With Money?

Why did this one moment shake me so deeply?

Why did money feel like validation?

And if money wasn’t the thing that defined me—what was?

Looking back, I realize—I wasn’t failing.

I was becoming.

I was unraveling old ways of thinking to reveal the truth of who I am.

And out of that so-called failure, I forged something greater: 7 principles that now define how I live, how I lead, and how I coach.

The 7 Success Principles That Changed Everything

1. Ruthless Responsibility

Success belongs to those who take radical responsibility for their lives.

That means:
🚫 No more blaming the economy, your boss, your partner, or your past.
🚫 No more waiting for permission.
🚫 No more outsourcing your power.

👉 Practice This Today: Write down one area where you’re currently in blame mode.

  • “I don’t have enough money because…”

  • “I feel stuck in my relationship because…”

  • “My career/business isn’t growing because…”

Then ask: If I were fully responsible, what would I do differently starting today?

2. Radical Compassion

Most of my inner work isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about offering kindness to the parts of me that are struggling.

You can’t build an empire while constantly shaming yourself.

Radical compassion means:
✔ Talking to yourself like you would to your best friend.
✔ Giving yourself permission to be imperfect.
✔ Understanding that healing and growth require patience.

👉 Practice This Today: Take a moment and write down the last three critical things you told yourself. Would you say them to someone you love?

3. Undeniable Bestness

Inspired by a previous company I was with, Qwilr —This is the energy of: “I don’t compete. I am one of one.”

When you own your bestness, you stop trying to prove yourself and start being yourself.

🔥 The goal isn’t to be “the best” at something. The goal is to be so undeniably YOU that no one else could replace you.

👉 Practice This Today:
Write down:

  • What makes me “one of one”?

  • Where am I still playing small or seeking permission?

  • How would I move if I knew I was undeniable?

Then move like that.

4. Believe in Miracles

Most high-achievers have no problem believing in hard work.

But do you also believe in ease?
Do you believe in things working out for you effortlessly?
Do you believe in unexpected blessings showing up in your life?

If you only believe in effort, you’re limiting what’s possible.

👉 Practice This Today: Write down something in your life/business that’s felt “stuck.” Now, instead of focusing on “how” to fix it, ask: What if it worked out for me effortlessly?

Let go of control. Open yourself to possibility.

The last 3 principles are where everything shifts. They hold the keys to exponential success—unlocking greater clarity, wealth, and ease in your life. These aren’t mindset hacks…they’re life-altering frameworks that could change how you lead, love, and grow.

If the first 4 resonated with you, the last 3 will challenge and elevate you in ways you didn’t expect. Let’s go deeper.
